The project consists of nine apartments, three, two-bedroom apartments and six, one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space as well as its own storage room. Great emphasis was given to the design of the building, the comfort of the interiors as well as the functionality. By using top quality materials, both structural and decorative, it will provide its tenants with the anticipated quality of life. All apartments have large balconies that are ideal for enjoying the great views of the town. The apartments are fitted with high standard kitchens, windows with double glazing insulation and electric shutters in the bedrooms. Also shielded exterior safety doors will be fitted at the entrance of each flat. Each apartment has its own central mobile phone control electronic switch for the lights of the flat. Similar mobile phone control electronic switch will be fitted for hot water for energy saving and electricity saving. The central entrance of the building will be controlled by a video door entry system.
