The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, 200 meters from the beach, near all amenities and luxurious stores. The building has been designed using environmental principles to achieve low running costs and living comfort for its inhabitants. Every apartment has large covered verandas and spacious interior with high end luxurious materials, one parking space and a storage room. The design approach was to create a building that naturally responded to the dynamics of local climate environment, using passive and active systems for shading and ventilation while latest technology heating and cooling systems have been chosen to add to the philosophy of the building’s sustainable design and minimalize running costs.
